Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 20, 2026
Introduction
Statspresso (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides an AI-powered analytics platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, and workspace details you provide when signing up.
- Connected data sources: data you authorize us to access from third-party tools (e.g. Shopify, Stripe, HubSpot, Google Analytics) in order to provide the service.
- Usage data: how you interact with the product, for reliability and product improvement purposes.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to operate and improve Statspresso, provide customer support, send service-related communications, and comply with legal obligations.
Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors find and use the site. We use them to measure traffic and to see which pages lead people to try the product — not to build advertising profiles of you across unrelated sites.
The tools we use on this website are:
- PostHog — product and web analytics. Records pages viewed, referrer, and clicks on links through to the app. Hosted in the United States. PostHog is also used inside the Statspresso app itself, so a visit to this site and a later session in the product are counted as the same visitor.
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic and audience reporting.
- Meta Pixel — measures whether visits arriving from our ads on Facebook and Instagram go on to try the product.
We do not sell the information these tools collect, and we do not use them to collect the contents of any data source you connect to Statspresso.
Your choices. You can block these tools with your browser’s tracking protection or an ad blocker, and the site will work normally without them. Most browsers also let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Google offers a browser opt-out add-on for Google Analytics, and your Meta ad preferences can be changed in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform, under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Data Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
